​MAMA R. Raminyah Ingram, Executive Director

As Elder Niambi's successor, Mama Raminyah is entering this leg of her journey with a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and foresight on how to directly bridge that intergenerational divide between melaninated mothers, daughters and the greater global community.

MAMA R. Raminyah Ingram is a Certified Elder (2007), Operations & Leadership Strategist, Spiritual Scientist, Spiritual Clarity Doula, Sacred Woman (Spring 2002), Thought Leader, and  International Author. She has over 27 years of professional development working in the non-profit/ NGO sector of Corporate America. Her research/studies have taken her to Canada, Trinidad & Tobago, Gambia & Senegal, West Africa as well as her international work with the Embassy of Ghana. Using an infrastructure of manageable systems to sustain growth, she works, boots-on-the-ground, with existing 501(c)3s, for-profit business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs looking to start &/or scale their business.  Her specialty is working with non-profits that have identified programming for juvenile justice impacted youth of color.

Mama Raminyah is part of the Grand Chapter Executive Body of the Great Debate Honor Society, INC. She serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Great Debate Advocate, a quarterly peer reviewed research journal that focuses on academic-based research that addresses national and international socio-cultural-behavioral topics of concern.  As a publishing consultant & resident Muse she has helped countless individuals take that leap of faith to become self-published authors in their niche.

Mama Raminyah was introduced to Project Butterfly and The Butterfly Movement (formerly Camp Butterfly) in 2007. She attended her first  Camp Butterfly residential summer camp experience in 2011. In 2012, Elder Niambi Jaha-Echols wrote the forward for her first self-published work, “Urban Rites: Momma's Manual, All Things Originate With The First Drop Of Blood."  She is also the author of "Spiritual Illumination Manifestation Manual & Cosmic Alignment Planner", “Becoming The Trader” and coming Fall 2022, "Spiritually Conscious Motherhood."
