BLACK GIRL BUTTERFLY CONVERGENCE
The Convergence will convene to celebrate the blending of contemporary and traditional elements of the African Diaspora's art, culture, value system and process to empower our youth with the knowledge, skills and opportunities to transition successfully from childhood to responsible adulthood.
The goal of the convergence is to create an international network of Rites of Passage providers, professionals, volunteers, elders, youth participants and alumni of rites of passage programs in order to encourage, facilitate and promote the power of rites of passage as a best practice model of positive youth development.
