Founded by visionaries who recognized the need for a space where Black girls who didn't have viable mother figures could come together, the Convergence has provided a space where girls, facilitators of girls programs and mothers/ caregivers can evolve through this annual gathering of like-minded souls dedicated to co-creating a world that works for Black Girls.
